Welcome to The Shack on the Waterfront
The Shack is situated on one of Tinaroo’s most secluded bays and boasts an amazing view of the waterfront, making it perfect for a relaxing getaway or a weekend on the Lake.
Located just 5 minutes out of Kairi, The Shack is an ideal location for launching boats, jet skis and canoes, or just having a swim without the hassle of too many other boats nearby. In fact, you can ski right from the bank!
The Shack provides a form of extreme glamping that ensures maximum comfort and minimal effort for those who choose to stay with us. The site can accommodate up 15 camping guests. For those who prefer to sleep in a real bed, there is also the added option of booking the bunkhouse (which is composed of three rooms with queen beds and one room with 2 king singles).
The Shack is located on a spacious piece of land, which means that there is plenty of room for everyone within your booking to have their own little camping space without being crammed on top of one another. We only accept one booking at a time, so you’ll have the whole Shack to yourselves!
The Shack comes with an array of other features to complete your glamping experience, including:
- A large undercover entertaining area
- Fire pit surrounded with terrace seating (BYO firewood)
- Washing machine
- Dishwasher
- Large oven (perfect for a family roasts) and gas cooktop
- BBQ
- For the kids we have also included a large swing set and sand pit to keep them occupied while you relax and enjoy the serenity!
